Punching Bag



The punching bag is no longer just a stress reliever. A good 3-5 minute session and you will feel your muscles stretch and your blood burn. This also helps improves stamina for you runners out there who just dont have the time. A punching bag can be attached to a swivel or come with a stand depending on your available space in a home or apartment. I give this little item a 10/10 as far as usefulness and improvement in my workouts.
