Workout Equipment for Home
Welcome, In this blog I just wanted to share some of my personal experiences with those people who want the gym experience at home but dont know where to start. This is for those people who felt they had to invest in Bowflex or abstretch machines or whatever they're called. Besides the normal push-ups and crunches here are some ideas I hope you'll like. Hex Dumbbells

A very much overlooked and underestimated item to have with your workout rituals at home is the hex dumbbells. Solid all the way around with no detaching plate system this is real easy to use and put away once your done. With dumbbells you can do plenty workouts such as curl for your biceps or inclines and declines to better work your chest area. Dumbbells can also be used as just added weight to improve other workouts by adding more weight like squats or climbing steps. This item is a 9/10 only because I have to buy heavier weights when i'm used to the old ones.
Speed Bag

The speed bag is a great tool for workouts in your shoulders, triceps, and back. At least thats where I can feel the burn after spending 20-25 minutes a day on this thing. I don't even do it for the workout sometimes, sometimes I just do it for the rhythm and I end up getting lost in trying to find different combinations. This item can be mounted on a wall as well as be put up on a stand to make it more convenient for your living situation. This also gets a 10/10 for a fun time and getting a great sense of accomplishment after you find your own rhythm.
Punching Bag

The punching bag is no longer just a stress reliever. A good 3-5 minute session and you will feel your muscles stretch and your blood burn. This also helps improves stamina for you runners out there who just dont have the time. A punching bag can be attached to a swivel or come with a stand depending on your available space in a home or apartment. I give this little item a 10/10 as far as usefulness and improvement in my workouts.
